This afternoon while the 5 little ones were at my house they decided they wanted to play church.   So they set up their chairs, gathered their instruments, arranged the pulpit and had a church service.  The band played, they had special singing and we even had a sermon.

From 8-2 on Saturdays I babysit the orphans.  For quite some time now, instead of watching the kids at the orphanage, I have been bringing them to my house.  Well this Saturday there were 3 additional children visiting the orphanage, so with those 3 extra kids my house was kinda of full.  So, after getting the kids some breakfast,  I decided we would go play at the center.  We all had a fun time and I even was able to teach Tibi 4 square (though we only had 2 squares :) )  Here are a few pictures from our fun-filled morning.

I know this picture isn’t very clear, but I love the look on Marius and Georgi’s faces as they share a ride on the bouncy ball (or frog as they call it)

One of the little girls that was visiting.  She really enjoyed playing at the center.

Here is Tibi and me playing 4-square.  He caught on to the game quick.  After a few tries he had no trouble returning my spins. :)

Marius wants to know if you want to come and play volleyball :)

One of the things I did with the kids on Friday afternoon was to have a relay race..  We had 5 teams and every member of the team had to push a ball with their nose to the finish line, pick up the ball and run it back to their waiting teammate who would then do the exact same thing and of course the team who finished first was the winner.  You are really supposed to use ping pong balls, but since I didn’t have any of those we used the balls I had available.  It was a lot of fun!  Some of the kids got laughing so hard they could hardly push the balls :)   I thought you might like to see a few pictures of the kids in the middle of the race.

Along with Tuesdays, I have also been meeting with the children and teens on Fridays.  I am very excited about the new faces that keep showing up for these gatherings.  This past Friday the children and I sang songs, had a Bible lesson and of course we had some time to play :) .  It was an enjoyable time for us all.  I am praying that these times together will really impact the lives of these children and that through the songs they sing, the stories that they hear and even the games played will help them to come to know Jesus as their Savior.  Please help me pray for these children and youth

Leading the kids in singing is not hard to do,  because these kids sure love to sing.

Tibi sure is growing up.  He’s almost as tall as Nicoleta.

This was a special day for Elvi and Georgi because it was their first day of 1st grade.

The girls are in the same class, so they will enjoy all the fun stuff of 1st grade together
