Here are a few pictures from my Kid’s on Friday.  Sorry I don’t have any from Tuesday.

I have been excited about the turn out, this week there were over 35 kids.  Because of the vast difference in ages, 5-13, I am considering splitting this into two groups 5-9 year olds and 10-13 year olds and having each group on different days.  This way the stories, games and activites can be geared to each age group.  I will let you know what I decide

Hello all!  Well another week has passed and I am not sure where all the time has gone :) .  I have had my normals activities with the orphans, kindergarteners, teens and children and along with these things, I am in the process of moving.  The kitchen furniture has arrived and I am “gradually” moving into the center.

The finished kitchen cabinets (minus a door on the right that had to be adjusted)

What does gradually moving in mean?  Well it means at this moment that half of my stuff is at the mission house and half is at the center :) .  I just didn’t have the time to take a few days for only moving.  So I have been trying to take a few things every day and put them in their place.  I was hoping it wouldn’t be so overwhelming that way.  So far it hasn’t been too bad, it may just take me a few weeks to get everything done. :)   Unfortunately this is not the most organized way to move and things are a little bit in an upheaval, so sorry no pictures.

If you were on the road this morning in Talpos, you would have met Marius on his way to kindergarten wearing his favorite cap.  I’m not sure where he got the cap, but it sure makes for a great picture :) . Priceless!

I just want to thank all of you who gave towards the wood pellets.  Your giving was greatly appreciated and because you gave so promptly, I was able to purchase a large portion of the pellets needed for this winter at a smaller cost.  One week after I purchased these pellets the price increased 36%.  What a difference!

Piled high

Thank you again and God bless you!

Sequence of the assembly line

It was not easy, the bags each weighed 33 pounds and there were 660+ bags, but the fellows worked hard and were finished in no time at all.  Thanks guys for all your hard work and God bless you!
