Finally I have been able to catch my breath after the holidays.  Thank the Lord for His help!  The next days I will try to share with you all the things that went on with the kids, teens, gypsies and orphans at Christmas time and New Year.

So many things went on that I’m not sure where to start :) .  I guess I will start with before Christmas.  The orphans and I had a fun time decorating my house and the orphanage for the Holidays.  Here are a few pictures of us decorating both my house and the orphanage.   We had so much fun!

Elvi wants to use the gold tinsel for the tree.

Georgi agreed that the gold looked the best :)

This Christmas, Ionel was so excited.  So many things were new to him  Decorating the tree at the orphanage was very special for Ionel, since this was the first Christmas tree he ever decorated. (Don’t forget that Ionel is 9)

Neli all smiles (as usual) as she helps put up the lights.

Tibi helped put the ornaments towards the top of the tree.

Ghita of course took the opportunity to goof off a little :)

One of the traditions in Romania is to hang candy from the Christmas tree and the boys couldn’t wait to help with that part of decorating.
